House Of Hope & Co. is a registered NDIS provider which provides a range of services including Daily Tasks / Supported Independent Living (SIL) with 24hr care.

We provide a range of supports including high physical support and accommodation that has the necessary modifications required to ensure you can live as independently as possible.

We also offer community participation, transport and community nursing for our participant’s.
